Designing alone doesn’t interest us. Moreover, in our experience it’s less effective. We have therefore developed dialogue tools that not only prevent the design process from becoming elitist, but also encourage and mediate innovation. We use participatory workshops to transmit our expertise and energetic optimism. We organize design exhibitions in order to engage the public, and we work with the media to promote our results for our clients. So many of our daily activities overlap with the qualities necessary to be successful in design today: trying to be better understood, bringing in everyone involved in a project, linking complementary networks, depending on global business culture, training teams to assess projects, developing time-management skills and avoiding interdepartmental difficulties. Above and beyond creation, a design project must function as an opportunity for sharing expertise and firmly embracing new and valuable knowledge: this is how we propose to work together.
